We are bringing this issue to light.
Instead of simply writing off returns, we are taking a different approach:
Products that are returned to us are inspected, tested, and – if they are technically sound – carefully refurbished.
What does this mean in concrete terms?

What is used/returned goods?
These are items that were ordered for viewing or testing, and we can therefore no longer sell them as "new." Since Nutrilovers is a sustainable company and we don't want to simply destroy returned devices, we sell them as "used/returned goods" at a significantly reduced price.
How long is the warranty for used/returned goods?
For used devices, the statutory warranty of 12 months applies.
So that we can fully assist you in the event of a complaint, we ask you to register your purchase.
You, as our customer, are always our focus – we always find a solution for every problem.
Can I return the used/returned goods if I don't like them?
Yes - there is a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Are complete accessories also available for used/returned goods?
Yes – used/returned goods also come with all the accessories and are no different from new items in terms of delivery.
Are there replacement parts available if a part breaks?

Is shipping free?
Within Germany we ship free of charge for orders over 99 euros .
