All juicers and blenders offered by SW Commerce GmbH and the Nutrilovers brand come with a manufacturer's warranty (see below for more information and warranty details!).


Warranty Conditions

The manufacturer (SW Commerce GmbH) grants a 3-year warranty on the motor for products advertised with this warranty promise. The warranty period begins on the invoice date. The manufacturer's warranty service extends geographically to the Federal Republic of Germany. Should material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, the manufacturer, as the warrantor, will provide one of the following services at its discretion:

  • free repair of the motor unit, or
  • free replacement of the motor unit (possibly with a successor model if the original product is no longer available).

Warranty Claim – How to Proceed

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact the warrantor:

Warranty claims are excluded for damages to the product caused by:

  • abusive or improper handling
  • environmental influences (moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
  • failure to observe any safety precautions
  • failure to observe the operating instructions
  • use of force (e.g., impact, shock, fall)
  • unauthorized repair attempts
  • normal wear and tear

To claim warranty service, the warrantor must be allowed to inspect the warranty claim by sending in the product. Care must be taken to avoid transport damage through appropriate packaging.

To claim warranty service, you must include a copy of the original invoice with the shipment. We ask for your understanding that the manufacturer may refuse warranty service without this copy of the invoice. The submission of the invoice copy serves to calculate the warranty period. Furthermore, you must provide the name and address of the seller, if this is not evident from the attached invoice copy.

If it is a justified warranty claim, the warranty processing will be free of charge for you. Any shipping costs you may have incurred will be reimbursed by the warrantor.

Note: Your statutory rights are not restricted by this warranty promise. In particular, any existing statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this warranty promise.
