Shipping information
We entrust the shipping of our parcels to our partners DHL and DPD – the experts for high-quality and reliable parcel services in Germany and Europe. As soon as your order leaves our premises, you will receive a notification with the parcel number via email.
A. Shipping costs and information:
By default, shipping is only available to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be via DHL or DPD. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below.
If you would like to ship to another country, please send us an email ( mailme@nutrilovers.de ) before placing your order and state the item, quantity, and delivery address, including the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then promptly inform you whether we can ship to your desired country. If delivery to your desired address is possible, we will also inform you of the shipping costs, as we need to confirm the shipping options and costs with our shipping partner in advance.
I. Shipping within Germany:
For shipping within mainland Germany, we charge a flat rate of 5.90 euros per order.
We ship free of charge for orders over 99 euros.
II. Shipping outside Germany

For shipping within the EU (not Germany and Austria) we charge a flat rate of 45 euros per order.

These include, for example, costs for money transfers through credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g., customs duties). We provide a 24-month warranty on new devices and a 12-month warranty on used devices.
