What is used/returned goods?
These are items that were ordered for viewing or testing, and we can therefore no longer sell them as "new." Since Nutrilovers is a sustainable company and we don't want to simply destroy returned devices, we sell them as "used/returned goods" at a significantly reduced price.
What is the difference between VERY GOOD and GOOD condition?
All used/returned devices have been completely overhauled and cleaned and are in perfect condition .
Used – Very good:
A well-maintained, rarely used item in very good condition. The item is complete and undamaged, and has no scratches, but may show slight signs of wear. The item is fully functional.
Used – Good:
The item shows signs of regular use, but is in good condition and fully functional. It may have marks, owner's markings, and other signs of wear.
How is the condition of used/returned goods determined?
The condition of a used device is determined by an expert inspection. The visual condition is thoroughly checked, and each item is assigned a classification for different sales categories based on this. All devices are in perfect working order. Their functionality is not impaired in any way.
How long is the warranty for used/returned goods?
For used devices, the statutory warranty of 12 months applies.

Can I return the used/returned goods if I don't like them?
Yes - there is a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Are complete accessories also available for used/returned goods?
Yes – used/returned goods also come with all the accessories and are no different from new items in terms of delivery.
Are there replacement parts available if a part breaks?

Is shipping free?
Within Germany we ship free of charge for orders over 99 euros .
