Questions & Answers

The juicing housing also moves during the juicing process - is this normal?
Answer: It's normal and even necessary for the juicing housing to move during the juicing process. This "flexibility" serves to protect the device and prevent damage to the housing during the transfer of force.

Nevertheless, it is always recommended to cut fruit and vegetables into pieces and not, for example, put whole celery sticks into the slow juicer, because this makes it easier for the device to press them.

Juicing hard fruits/vegetables: Can you juice hard vegetables like carrots and beets with the juicer?
Answer: Juicing hard fruits and vegetables is no problem. Please ensure that you prepare the product accordingly before adding it to the blender.

Juicing celery sticks:
Can it also handle celery sticks?

Answer: Celery can easily handle the Green Press.
However, we still recommend cutting them into pieces so that the slow juicer can work even more easily.

Juicing time / running time: How long can you use the juicer continuously without it overheating?

Answer: Our GREEN-PRESS is designed for normal household use.

The powerful motor is cooled by an extra fan, and the maximum service life also depends on the hardness and quantity of the material being pressed.

As a guideline, the operating instructions specify two consecutive juicing processes, each lasting 15 minutes.
