Green Colada

Spinach, apple, mint, banana, lime juice, coconut milk, milk

  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 apple
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 banana (small or 1/2)
  • some lime juice
  • Fill with coconut milk and milk

Green citrus

Lamb's lettuce, banana, kiwi, orange juice, lemon juice, water, linseed oil

  • 1 handful of lamb's lettuce
  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 150ml orange juice
  • 1 tsp oil (linseed oil)
  • some lemon juice
  • sth. honey
  • fill with water

Green pear

Lamb's lettuce, spinach, pear, ginger, lemon juice, almond milk

  • 1 handful of lamb's lettuce
  • 1 handful of spinach (young)
  • 1 pear
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • lemon peel
  • fill with almond milk
