Opening the blender jug: The top can only be removed after use with considerable force. What can I do?
Answer: We assume you mean the lid of the bowl.
Since it has a silicone sealing ring, opening it can actually be a bit difficult.
However, for safety reasons, a certain level of stability must also be guaranteed.
To make opening easier, it helps to apply some cooking oil to the silicone ring with your finger, which also extends the lifespan of the ring.
Blades: The blades aren't sharp enough (or aren't sharp enough anymore). What can I do?
Answer: The blades can be resharpened with a whetstone or a sharpening steel.
Chopping: Does it also chop carrots well?
Answer : No problem at all! :-)
Mixing container: Is the container made of glass or transparent plastic?
Answer: Made of transparent plastic
