  • Banana, hazelnut, cocoa, hemp protein, almond milk, dates
  • SMOOTHIE:
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp hazelnut (ground)
  • 2 tbsp hemp protein
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder (baking cocoa)

TOPPING :

  • 1 small banana
  • 1 handful of nuts (chopped)
  • 3-4 dates (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

Berries-Best Bowl

Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, banana, coconut flakes, cashews

SMOOTHIE:

  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tbsp blueberries (also frozen)
  • 2 tbsp raspberries (also frozen)
  • 2 tbsp strawberries (also frozen)
  • alternatively: frozen berry mix
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • fill with milk

TOPPING :

  • 1/2 banana (slices)
  • 2 tsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 hand v. Cashews (chopped)

Green Avocado Grinder

Avocado, spinach, banana, berries, buttermilk, honey, nuts

SMOOTHIE:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 handful of baby spinach
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 handful of strawberries/raspberries (also frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • fill with buttermilk

TOPPING :

  • 1 tsp seeds (sunflower, cashew, pistachios, ...)
  • 1 tsp nuts (hazelnut, walnut, almonds, ...)
  • desiccated coconut
  • fresh berries
