Material:

The cooking container, drip pan, pizza tray and bread baking basket are made of high-quality heat-resistant aluminum and are sealed with a PFOA-free PTFE Teflon non-stick coating to prevent sticking/caking.

What is PFOA?

PFOA is a chemical formerly used to make Teflon (PTFE) , which has been linked to diseases such as kidney and liver disease and cancer .

Yes - both the cooking basket and the (bread) baking basket and the pizza tray can be cleaned in the dishwasher .

However, in order to avoid unnecessarily damaging the coating with aggressive detergents , we recommend cleaning by hand.

Thanks to the high-quality PFOA-free non-stick coating, all parts can be easily cleaned by hand with a little soapy water . Avoid using the rough side of a sponge or sharp metal objects, as these can damage the surface.
